  Great staff. Usually clean. Parking can be tricky due to Marquette location.

  Placed order to grab a frapachino on the way home from work get to location to pick up order closed yet hours of operation state two hours left till close. Stole money, didn't provide product and lied about hours of operation. filing complaint with the BBB and the state for unethical business practices. Absurd.Will never do business with Starbucks again.

  Every time i get coffee here my coffee is always ALWAYS full of coffee grounds too in the coffee. I came a third time thinking maybe it was just those two times it happened. Maybe they cleaned their equipment or made clean roasted coffee. Nope. I don’t understand how they have a 4star rating at all. They should be more productive and clean out their machines or filters. Their station to add creamer is always a mess. You guys get it together. Cmon now Not coming here anymore..

  Good coffee, but chai is very sweet. Sometimes strangers will go up and talk to you out if the blue (can be nice or uncomfortable depending on who you are).

  I always enjoy this starbucks service is fast prior to 7:30am after 7:30a I would suggest mobile ordering if your in a rush.
